We have flat rate shipping of $7.95 for all treats. You will receive an email confirmation upon purchase and tracking once shipped.

All orders are made and shipped within 5 business days (please note in peak period there may be delay's). 

If your treats are required urgently, express shipping is also available to choose at the check out for $11.95 and these orders will be prioritised. 

We are well aware of the environmental impact e-commerce has. We are constantly improving on our environmental initiatives. We send over 95% of our parcels via Sendle which is a 100% Carbon Offset service so your parcels will be arriving Carbon Free. In 2018 we switched to a Better Packaging option using compostable shipping bags over plastic alternatives. We’re always on the hunt for ways we can improve so if you have any suggestions we are always keen to be better.

Delivery is only available Australia wide, international orders are not accepted at this stage.
